I would like to take this time to sincerely apologize to the leaders the scouts and their parents.  When you all first signed up for the scouting program you were informed that we would go camping at least three times during the scouting year.  Unfortunately we have not been able to go on our first scheduled outing.  I have recently had some health issues that could not be overlooked and some personal problems with immediate family that had to be delt with.  This is the first time this has happened where we have had to cancel, not including severe weather. I am recovering nicely and feel like I can and will be back in the game very shortly.  Again I apologize.  We will shortly be going into the holiday season and will need to move very swiftly in accomplishing the goals established by the leadership of the unit.  Be patient with us. Money for popcorn needs to be turned in not later than 23 November and money for recharter or re-registration ($15.00)needs to be turned in not later than 16 November 2009.  The money for recharter will not be collected again until November 2010.  Thank you sincerely
